Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policy

Shipping 

Orders will be sent out by Postnord and will be delivered to your nearest service point. A notification will be sent to you when your package is ready to be collected. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Ekerville.

 

Return

Ones you have received your item you have 14 days to regret your purchase.

If you wish to send your item back, please send us an email and we will provide you with a pre-paid return ticket. Once your item is accepted back into stock you will be issued with a full refund.  

The returned product must be in unused / unworn condition and with original packaging to get a full refund.
